sancerre red wine

An exceptional Sancerre Rouge, both powerful and elegant.

Its deep ruby color reveals a complex nose with aromas of dark fruits and spices. On the palate, the attack is frank and structured, giving way to a broad and lingering roundness.

It pairs wonderfully with grilled red meats, roasted poultry, and charcuterie.

"Cuvee: The Split Oak"

Sancerre Blanc

"Cuvee: The Split Oak"

Born from selected plots on the limestone heights

of Thauvenay, this cuvée stands out for its deliberately late harvest.

The fermentation and aging of the Cuvée Le Chêne Fourchu are shared between barrels (50%) and concrete amphorae (50%). This audacious blend brings to this white wine an extraordinary complexity and finesse.

It pairs wonderfully with grilled fish, revealing particularly tasty iodized and lemony notes.

On the Quincy plateaus, near Bourges, the vines take root in sandy-clay gravel soils on lacustrine limestone.

This unique terroir gives rise to an expressive and indulgent white wine: Quincy. On the palate, the attack is lively and fresh, giving way to a broad and persistent roundness.

This Quincy is a wine of conviviality and sharing.

Coming from vines located on the "Kimmeridgian" terroirs of Morogues, a clay-limestone soil that gives this white wine its freshness, finesse, and aromatic complexity.

This Menetou-Salon is a wine of great versatility. It is perfectly enjoyed as an aperitif, accompanied by tapas or raw vegetables. It also pairs wonderfully with your hot starters, sauced fish, and fresh cheeses.

My wine reveals the greatest expressions of Sauvignon due to the Sancerre terroirs.

It is a blend of limestone land called "caillote" which gives it its freshness and fruitiness, and flint which imparts its power and minerality.

This wine will pair perfectly as an aperitif, with seafood, fish, and even with certain cheeses, such as crottin de Chavignol.

My wine reveals the greatest expressions of Sauvignon thanks to the Sancerrois terroir.
